About the raffle
If you enjoyed your visit at our office, we would love to hear more! To show our appreciation for your feedback, we are running a monthly raffle for a $10 Starbucks gift card. In order to enter, please leave us a review on Google as well as fill out the form below so we can track your entry.
Winners will be chosen on the first of each month and gift cards will be delivered via email. Entries are valid for the following month's drawing (i.e. if you submit a review/raffle entry in April, you are eligible to win on the May 1 drawing). By entering the raffle, you consent to have your review shared on our Facebook page if selected as a winner.
