Dr. Nouneh obtained his dental degree from Boston University in 1997. He then continued to receive his specialty training in Periodontics at Georgia Health Science University, College of Dentistry in Augusta, Georgia. During his three years at MCG, Dr. Nouneh studied the attachment of bone cells to dental implant surfaces and obtained his Master’s Degree in Oral Biology. Dr. Nouneh is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is currently an active member of several national and international organizations including:

Dr. Nouneh enjoys contributing part of his time to teaching and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Dentistry. He also serves on staff at Evanston Hospital, Northshore University Healthsystem, working with the dental residents at the General Dental Residency program.

Dr. Gargi Bhagavatula received her Dental degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago and then continued to obtain post graduate training completing Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Marquette University, School of Dentistry in Wisconsin in 2015.
Dr. Bhagavatula is interested in esthetic dentistry and the preservation of tooth form and function. She focuses on delivering personalized care, paying careful attention to each patient’s specific needs. Dr. Bhagavatula has worked extensively with geriatric, pediatric and adult patients. She is also experienced with the state-of-the-art techniques and keeps abreast of the latest medical literature and advances and effectively incorporate these into her treatment plans to achieve the best possible results.
Dr. Bhagavatula brings to the practice her principles of integrity, honesty, compassion and excellence to deliver superior care to her patients. An active member of the south loop community, Dr. Bhagavatula likes to spend time with her family and friends, enjoys eating at many of Chicago’s fine restaurants and loves to travel.
Dr. Tony Besse received both his Bachelors and Master of Public Health degrees from Saint Louis University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Following his dental school training, Dr. Besse pursued a year of advanced training in general dentistry completing a general practice residency program at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center here in Chicago.
Dr. Besse was involved as a national leader of the American Student Dental Association while in dental school and is currently an active member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and the American Dental Association. His passion for dentistry includes esthetic dentistry, utilizing his public health background for effective prevention strategies, evidence-based practices, and staying up-to-date with current techniques and technologies.
Dr. Besse prefers to get to know the patient and tailor an appropriate treatment plan to meet their needs and desires while making their dental experience as comfortable and as easy as possible. In his spare time, Dr. Besse likes to stay active, travel, and explore the many amazing restaurants and rooftops around Chicago.”
