Dr. Nouneh obtained his dental degree from Boston University in 1997. He then continued to receive his specialty training in Periodontics at Georgia Health Science University, College of Dentistry in Augusta, Georgia. During his three years at MCG, Dr. Nouneh studied the attachment of bone cells to dental implant surfaces and obtained his Master’s Degree in Oral Biology. Dr. Nouneh is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He is currently an active member of several national and international organizations including:

Dr. Nouneh enjoys contributing part of his time to teaching and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Dentistry. He also serves on staff at Evanston Hospital, Northshore University Healthsystem, working with the dental residents at the General Dental Residency program.

Amanda Henry, DDS.
Dr. Amanda Henry received her dental degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2012. She was the recipient of the Golden Scaler Award and enhanced her education through a month long study at the Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou, China. Dr. Henry is an honors graduate with a degree in biology from Indiana University, where she was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
Furthering her commitment to providing excellent dental care, Dr. Henry is continuing her education as a faculty club member at the Spear Dental Education Center. She is also affiliated with the Illinois State Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society.
Dr. Henry is a third generation dentist in her family. Her love of dentistry allows her to connect with patients and help them achieve their healthiest, most beautiful smiles! She is a Chicago native and enjoys traveling, taking Spanish classes, and teaching yoga in her free time.
Dr. Pappas received her dental degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry where she was president of both The American Association of Public Health Dentistry and the American Association of Women Dentists University of Michigan chapters. After Graduation, Dr. Pappas completed a general practice residency program at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center where she received advanced training in general dentistry. Dr. Pappas is an active member in both the American Dental Association and Chicago Dental Society. She developed her love for dentistry from her mother who is also a dentist. Dr. Pappas is passionate about cosmetic dentistry and helping patients attain their most beautiful smiles and she also enjoys working with children. In addition to her residency, Dr. Pappas has received advanced training in Botox therapy for the treatment of TMJ disorders.
Dr. Fulreader received her dental degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Dentistry. Here, she was awarded the Nathan David Gold Memorial Award for conscientious dedication to clinical practice and the Harry E. Latchman Memorial Award in Restorative Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Fulreader completed a general practice residency program at Evanston Hospital. She received her bachelor’s degree and payed soccer at Colby College in Waterville, Maine. Dr. Fulreader’s goal is to provide the highest level of patient care, making dental appointments both a comfortable and relaxing experience. Dr. Fulreader is committed to continuing education and is a member of the Illinois State Dental Society and the Chicago Dental Society. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, running, painting, and yoga.
Dr. Suzie Ahn received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and subsequently her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) from the University of Iowa. While in dental school, she won several awards in the field of prosthodontics and was encouraged by her professors to pursue advanced specialty training in prosthodontics due to her skill and attention to fine details.
Prosthodontists specialize in the restoration and replacement of missing teeth, and have seven years of formal training – four years of dental school, and an additional three years of advanced specialty training. Through her training, Dr. Suzie Ahn has become an expert in diagnosis and treatment planning for smile makeovers using veneers, crowns, bridges, implants, and dentures. Her goal is to provide her patients with treatment that is both visually appealing and highly functional so her patients can smile with confidence!
Dr. Ahn’s patients love that she is a great listener and that she spends the time to understand their needs and answer questions! In her own words she says, “I always want to treat my patients like family, and present the same options and quality of care I would want for myself or for my parents”.
In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Ahn is also actively involved in teaching. She holds a faculty position at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. She has been involved with teaching courses in implant dentistry, complete dentures, and fixed prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, and veneers).
In her free time she loves to try new foods and restaurants, traveling, photography, and spending time with her friends and family.
Augusto F. Neto, DDS.
Dr. Neto received his DDS certificate in 1994 from the University of Uberaba, Brazil. After graduation, Dr. Neto completed Specialty training in Restorative Dentistry (1998) and Prosthodontics (2008) from the same University.
After relocating to the United States in 2013, Dr. Neto obtained a full time teaching position at the Postgraduate Program for Operative Dentistry at Nova Southeastern University,School of Dentistry in Davie, Florida, from 2014 to 2016.
In 2016, Dr. Neto pursued additional training by completing a two-year postgraduate program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida.
After concluding his residency program, Dr. Neto moved in June 2018 to Chicago and currently teaches at the University of Illinois at Chicago, School of Dentistry on staff as a clinical faculty for the department of Restorative Dentistry.
Dr. Neto spends his free time drawing, painting and carving. He most enjoys being able to help his patients establish healthy mouths and maintain beautiful smiles for a life time.
Dr. Marina Karnaukh (pronounced Kar-Now) received her dental degree from Nova Southeastern University at Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Karnaukh then pursued post-graduate education and completed a program in Advanced Education of General Dentistry (AEGD) at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. She is an honors graduate with a BS in biology from the Ohio State University.
Dr. Karnaukh enjoys all facets of dentistry and is comfortable providing care to patients of all ages. Preventative care and continuing education is of utmost importance to Dr. Karnaukh. She enjoys connecting with patients and is committed to creating custom treatment plans to fit each patient’s unique needs and goals. Dr. Karnaukh is an active member of the American Dental Association and Chicago Dental Society.
When she isn’t restoring Chicago’s smiles, Dr. Karnaukh is enjoying traveling, yoga, concerts and spending time with her friends and family.
